Traditional Birth Doula Support – $1600
As your birth doula, I’ll walk alongside you throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum journey to ensure you feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way. What’s included:

- Three prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, explore your options, and practice comfort measures and partner support techniques
- Ongoing phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy
- A client welcome packet with helpful resources and handouts
- Access to my lending library (books, birth ball, peanut ball, and other tools)
- On-call support beginning three weeks before your due date (I remain local to Pinellas County and have my phone on 24/7)
- In-person labor support at your home or birth location, when you’re ready for me to join you
- Hands-on comfort measures during labor: positioning, breathing, massage, counterpressure, emotional reassurance, and more
- Immediate postpartum support for 1–2 hours after birth, including breastfeeding support if planning to breastfeed
- Three postpartum visit to check in, process your birth experience, answer any lingering questions, talk about postpartum and support for the future
- Optional birth photos, taken during labor and delivery if requested
Pregnancy Doula Support – $800
Interested in birth education and support during pregnancy, but unsure if you want a doula present at the birth? My Pregnancy Doula package is designed just for you. What’s included:

- Three prenatal visits to build your birth preferences, explore your vision, and learn comfort and coping techniques
- A client welcome packet with educational handouts
- Ongoing phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy
- Guidance for your partner and tools for preparing together
- Help creating a birth plan and knowing how to advocate for yourself in your chosen birth setting
- This package gives you the knowledge, reassurance, and support of a doula—without committing to in-person labor support.
What to Expect During Prenatal Visits
During our prenatal visits, we’ll:
- Talk through your birth goals, preferences, and any concerns or fears. I want to learn how you communicate, what comforts you and anything else that is important for me to know.
- We will talk about what to expect, physically and emotionally. We will speak through your options, informed consent and self advocacy.
- Review different labor positions, breathing and relaxation techniques, and how your partner can confidently support you
- Speak through postpartum plans, what to expect and options for feeding your baby
- My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling educated and supported for the journey ahead, knowing what questions you may want to ask and overall help you feel confident
