I’m based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and proudly support families throughout Pinellas County and surrounding areas including Clearwater and Tampa.
My services are designed to provide calm, steady support through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood. Whether you’re seeking hands-on birth support, thoughtful preparation through childbirth education, or reassurance during the postpartum period, my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, respected, and supported every step of the way.
Every family’s needs are unique, which is why I offer several ways we can work together.
“Jennifer always made me feel better when I had doubts of my birth experience and feeling like it should have gone differently. She would tell me I did it and brought my beautiful miracle baby into this world regardless of how it unfolded, never forgetting to remind me of my powers and strengths“
Birth Doula Support
Birth is one of life’s most meaningful transitions, and every birth unfolds in its own way. Whether your plan includes an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, or cesarean, my role is to provide steady support and thoughtful guidance throughout the experience. Having someone beside you who is calm, experienced, and fully present can make a profound difference in how this experience feels.
As your birth doula, my role is to walk alongside you throughout pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum — providing steady emotional support, hands-on comfort techniques, and clear information so you can move through each stage feeling grounded and confident.

Birth doula support includes:
• Prenatal visit to explore your birth preferences and prepare for labor
• Practice comfort techniques and partner support strategies
• Ongoing phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy
• A client welcome packet with helpful resources and educational materials
• Access to my lending library and comfort tools (birth balls, peanut ball, rebozo, TENS unit and more)
• 24/7 on-call support
• In-person support during labor and birth
• Hands-on comfort measures including positioning, breathing guidance, massage, and counterpressure
• Immediate postpartum support after birth, including breastfeeding guidance if desired
• Postpartum check-in visit after baby arrives
• Optional birth photography if requested
• Support during planned or unexpected cesarean births (I am approved to attend cesarean births at TGH in addition to support person)
My goal is for you to feel calm, supported, and confident throughout your birth experience.
I have additional training and certification as a VBAC specialist (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), allowing me to support families with thoughtful education, informed decision-making, and steady guidance throughout their birth journey.

Complimentary Consultation
Choosing a doula is deeply personal, and finding the right fit matters.
I offer a complimentary consultation so we can meet, talk through your hopes for this journey, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you’re planning your birth in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, or the surrounding Pinellas County area, I would love to connect and learn more about how I can support you.
If you’re exploring doula support and wondering what working together might look like, a conversation is a great place to start.
“Jennifer has been a guardian angel through my pregnancy and afterwards. I’m a first time mom, and I was so scared at the beginning and not knowing what to do. She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring and truly loves what she does. Jennifer is compassionate, understanding and if you are ever in need of an amazing doula look no further.“
